The Epic dupont Towers Residences and Hotel will be a magnificent
54-story dual luxury tower condominium, designed by architect,
Revuelta Vega Leon. It is a joint undertaking by CMC Group, composed
of Ugo Colombo the exclusive Bristol Tower and Santa Maria, and
co-developer of Porto Vita and the Grovenor Lionstone Hotels & Resorts.
It involves two towers, east and west. This stunning high-rise
towers at the mouth of the Miami River. The Epic Dupont condominium
has one of the most expansive water views of Key Biscayne (and
it's islands), Fisher Island, and Miami Beach.
This new Miami reconstruction will offer one-two-and three bedrooms
units as well as townhouse, lofts, condo, and penthouses allowing

Everglades on the Bay will include two 49-story towers - home
to 753 studios, lofts, flats, 1 - 2 - and three bedroom condominiums
and penthouses. This contemporary-style mixed-use project will
also have 69,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground
floor including a dry cleaner, hair salon, gourmet grocery, cafe,
retail shops and fine dining.
Built in the heart of downtown Miami, the powerful towers will

During it's "reign", Everglades Hotel, a known landmark,

Development. Marina Blue will be the most exciting tower on downtown
Miami's bay front providing a 60-story landmark. This spectacular
blue and green all-glass icon offers an amazing unobstructed

Arquitectonica designed a Marina Blue in the shape of an "L" so
